OrdersLift provides AI-powered website solutions for restaurants, including:

  • AI menu chatbot with voice and text capabilities
  • Sales insights dashboard and analytics
  • Direct delivery integration
  • Customer engagement automation
  • Order processing and management

3. Restaurant Responsibilities

As a restaurant using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date menu information
  • Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards
  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Pay for orders in full at the time of purchase
  • Treat restaurant staff and delivery personnel with respect
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly
  • Not misuse our AI chatbot or other features

5. Payment Terms

Restaurant subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed upon. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

OrdersLift retains all rights to our software, technology, and intellectual property. Restaurants retain rights to their brand, menu, and content. You grant us a license to use your content for service provision and improvement.

7. Data and Privacy

Your data is protected according to our Privacy Policy. We use data to provide services, improve our AI, and generate insights. You retain ownership of your customer data and can export it at any time.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

OrdersLift's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OrdersLift from any claims arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Material breach of agreement

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OrdersLift is incorporated. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
